We loved our stay here, perfect for our family. The house was charming with incredible views and lots of outside seating. A very peaceful and idyllic place to enjoy. Tamara met us on arrival and gave us so much help and advice (overcoming the language barrier!). They allowed us to use their bicycles and paddle boards which was perfect for the gorgeous lake. The location is also very good for days trips around the Black Forest with many nearby activities, walks, and the Triberg waterfall only an hour away. The large indoor Rutlantica water park also about 1 hour if you had a rainy day.

Had a double room which was very spacious and clean. Both room and bathroom (quite large) recently renovated. (Apparently all rooms have been recently - last 2 years renovated). Good assortment of options for breakfast.

Everything was fantastic. Sabine is a wonderful host, she manages to be both super helpful and warm while also giving you lots of space. The beds are outstandingly comfortable. Breakfast was great. The garden was beautiful and the location was super for exploring the local area. As we stayed two nights we were given a pass for attractions in the local area- some free and some discounted. This was so valuable, we couldn’t believe it! So many fantastic things to do in Schwartzwald. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends. Thanks Sabine and the team!

The wellness area is really nice with beautiful views, would be great if it went on a little longer into the evening instead of closing at 19:00, although the pool is still available until 21:00. I really liked the food the served in the evening and overall would love to come back here again.

Cosy local look with modern facilities. Well equiped rooms, snack/beer machines, pool (not my thing but looked really nice).Breakfast has everything. Housekeeping daily. Last but not least, very friendly staff. My room was also very quiet. Free parking.
