We had a wonderful stay at this small boutique hotel. The newly updated room was large, comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. We loved the small touches like complimentary sparkling wine. The owners couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful. They offered restaurant recommendations and even made the reservations for us. We highly recommend this hotel and would return again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Exceptional Reception staff at Moxy Hotel I had a wonderful experience at the Moxy Hotel, thanks to the amazing service at the reception. I want to especially highlight Muhammad Waqas, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. very helpful and polite. He assisted me with everything I needed, including helping us preparing our required the food we wanted, and did it with a friendly attitude and a smile. His professionalism and dedication made my trip much easier and more comfortable. What an exception customer oriented service he provided, I am amazed. usually I stay in markbriet during my regular business, but I would definitely stay here again at this hotel. I have recommended my other colleagues to stay in this hotel while coming to Wurzburg or Markbriet. I will stay here again for sure. Muhammad Waqas is highly recommended at reception, with excellent customer service & professionalism! If you're staying at the Moxy, you’ll be lucky to have him at the reception.
