Very welcoming and helpful staff. In the room a nice sweet surprise for us, but even treats for the dogs, a bed for them and bowls for them. A very nice decorative room, comfortable bed and good shower. The trattoria is very good and we can recommend the menu with accompanying wines. To make things perfect is a underground garage with lift up to the reception and rooms.

This is a great little hotel. In fact it’s pretty much perfect. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is so powerful it would nearly take your skin off. The location is great, within walking distance of all the lovely shops and restaurants of Andernach. And the breakfast was 10 out of 10. So much choice and perfect crispy bacon!

When we arrived the hotel was locked even though we arrived...

When we arrived the hotel was locked even though we arrived on time to the estimated arrival time we had to phone the booking line and wait in the rain until the host arrived The whole village appeared to be closed as if it was a seasonal area and the rooms were dated in decor the shower didn’t work properly the handbasin hardly let any water out The Tv didn’t work and the host was less than convivial especially when telling us The restaurant and bar were closed so we were unable to have any refreshments after a long day’s travel

I liked the location very much as I like quiet places, and this hotel is by the forest in a small village. Room was also very comfortalble and met my expectations. Everything was clean. Landlady was very helpful. Enough parking space. Loved breakfast very much and was happy I decided to book with breakfast. Managed to find chinese restaurant near by (a couple kilometers away) for an evening meal as we arrived a little late and all the shops were closed.
