This is my second time within 2 weeks, and for that, I had an upgraded room as a gesture from the hotel manager, and I really appreciate it. Thanks a lot. A massage for the manager: You have a great and successful team (staff). Even though I stayed for a short time, I had a very warm welcoming, and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Your staff Miss Hannah, Miss Martina, Miss Rima, Miss Alicia, and other three ladies that I met (sorry, I forgot their names) are superb and so kind. Thanks for having me.

The owner was exceptionally gracious, allowing us to check in early at no additional charge. Our room was well-equipped with a fan, iron, and kettle, which added to our comfort.
