Perfectly located, Velotel Bad Saarow is modern, clean, well equipped. We stayed in a big suite with kitchen and terrace and it was absolutely amazing. You have a restaurant just downstairs, a cocktail bar, and even a cinema, it smells like delicious popcorn all day long.

My husband and I had a really nice and relaxing week at the resort. It was actually our wedding anniversary :) The water temperature in the thermal pools was perfect, making our stay even more enjoyable. So as the dinner and breakfast buffet were generous with a great variety of options.

I cannot say good enough things about the Esplanade Resort. I came for the second time and had an outstanding and very restful time there for 8 nights. The Esplanade is located near a beautiful sea, allowing for wonderful walks and the visit of several restaurants nearby. It also has excellent state-of-the-art facilities and light-filled, friendly rooms. The breakfast options are fantastic, and so is the Spa. It has a warm, cozy ambiance and a variety of different saunas, as well as excellent services. But what makes the Esplanade genuinely remarkable compared to other four-star hotels is the exceptional service quality they offer. Although it is a relatively large house with many guests, the staff is very kind and accommodating and really goes out of their way when there is a need for help. Ms. Werner, the spa director, does an excellent and very proactive job of supporting guests with special interests in activities or treatments, and the whole team behind her seems happy and passionate about their work and very personable. The Esplanade creates a wonderful experience not just through its "hardware" in terms of buildings and rooms but also its "software" - its people, leading to an experience of ease, flow, and warm hospitality for the guests. I recommend it further 100%

I am a person who always looks for hotels in a quiet area. Here I found everything I needed. Sauna overlooking the lake and the possibility of entering the lake after each sauna session. Fitness area with an atlas, where you can do a fair workout. Breakfast, apart from scrambled eggs, perfect. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean and generally very good. The area allows for running in a wonderful area. I recommend it to anyone looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle not far from Berlin.

Breakfast preparation was out of this world! When reserving, we mentioned as a side-note that the reservation was a gift for a 50th wedding anniversary. Hotel staff took this opportunity to reserve a table and decorate it especially for the couple, including a little cake. Thank you so much for being so considerate, this is true hospitality!

The facilities in the hotel were great, and the use of the different saunas and the pool were included in the price of the room. Lovely breakfast on the terrace with a buffet that included an array of warm and cold breakfast options. Free parking. Amazing location in a gorgeous part of the country!
