The room was very cosy with all the necessary things. The bathroom was big with a very practical shower. The breakfast was extraordinary! First, you have a huge choice of bakery products, followed by a meat and cheese selection. There was also yoghurt, cereals, muesli, ... The staff was extra polite and helpful.

Staying at Individuelle und Zentrale Boho Apartments was one of the most comfortable, peaceful and charming stays I have had. The apartment has every amenity that one could think of including a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven, toaster, induction hob, washing machine etc. In addition the hosts thoughtfully provided not just tea/coffee but a range of spices too! It was perfectly clean, spacious, well lit, tastefully and uniquely decorated - with a feel of home away from home. From the apartment, the central square (Marktplatz) is barely a 2-3 min walk - and there are lovely cafes and eateries right across the street, and all around. As mentioned before, the hosts are extremely kind and provided all the required information beforehand to ensure hassle free check in and check out. All in all....it was perfect for me and I look forward to returning to this apartment again! For all these reasons, I cannot give this apartment anything less than a rating of 10!

We were so lucky to visit Coburg during the Dumpling...

We were so lucky to visit Coburg during the Dumpling Festival. The entire square had Dumpling, Sausage, and Beer vendors, seating areas and music entertainment. The Veste Coburg is a must-see, most impressive castle complex! There is a bus to take you up there as the Veste Coburg sits high above the city. You need a whole day to see everything from the buildings, the art, glass and porcelain collections, guns and armour collection. You don't need a tour at the Veste Coburg. There are also several other palaces and castles to visit in the area such as the Schloss Ehrenburg. The Schloss Ehrenburg is in the center of town. Visiting the Schloss Ehrenburg is not possible without taking a tour. The tour is only in German. Although we didn't speak German, it was worth it to participate in a tour in order to see the Schloss. Two days is not enough to explore this town. The restaurants are very good, and the Prince Albert Cafe has impressive desserts. The Coburg website is well-down and is very thorough regarding all the things you can see in Coburg. The Brauhaus Stadl is an excellent choice for dinner and in my opinion, the food was awesome, and the service was the best!

The castle Veste Coburg is very impressive.

The castle Veste Coburg is very impressive. Many important collections of armors, weapons, and art collections. The hunting room in it is unique. This weekend, they also have some festival in the historical center. People are waiting in a long queue buying Klöße.

Very central location, but difficult to find in a car. Parking close by, but not cheap. Very spacious room in historic building. Nice to have a coffee machine in the room. A great view from a front facing room. The Lorelei was a friendly and tasty restaurant with pleasing ambience, inside and out. Lovely beer garden in the centre near the theatre. Very helpful and friendly receptionist, Beate.

Coburg is a charming small town, with a medieval quarter well preserved, with many options for restaurants, parks, with a lot of history around. Veste Coburg is one of most well preserved castles in Europe. I recommend the visit.

The city of Coburg was beyond our expectations!

The city of Coburg was beyond our expectations! It has an impressive castle with an excellent museum inside, as well as a big palace and a very beautiful old town with an exquisite market square, one of the most beautiful in Bavaria. Beyond the old town, there are lots of beautiful private houses built in the late 19th - early 20th century. We had only half a day and a morning in Coburg and visited only the castle, unfortunately, but I hope to return and have a tour of the ducal palace as well!

Coburg is an excellent example of a typical old German city.

Coburg is an excellent example of a typical old German city. The architecture is gorgeous, there is beautiful, giant old fortress filled with some incredible history, and just about every restaurant serves very good traditional German cuisine. The town is completely walkable and very scenic.

We stayed in Unit 7 .. 2 bed unit. It was fantastic!! Excellent communication with the host and very easy to collect keys . The unit is very modern,clean, and breezy. Great bathroom and fab shower. The bedrooms were beautifully set up, and the beds were comfy. Quality linen and lovely white ,soft, and fluffy towels.We had some very hot weather, but the unit stayed cool day and night. Excellent location and parking in Coburg.Bonuses like the TV and washing machine( and hanging/ drying available) were appreciated.

Liked the hotel location, within walking distance of the railway/bus stations. Lovely breakfast with a good choice of food. Husband liked the sauna. The room was very spacious and had a nice balcony. They did find me a kettle as us English do like to wake up to a cup of tea in our bedroom first thing, and unfortunately, kettles are not provided routinely like they are in UK hotels.

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town of Coburg. Our window did not exactly faced the Market Square, rather the wall of the old Town Hall, but the overall feeling of staying in a historical building was wonderful. The room was huge and very comfortable. The kitchen was in a separate room and we shared it with another hotel room.
