We booked very last minute because my daughter was unwell during a long drive. Jakob checked us in and was so kind and helpful, got us the right room, found a perfect restaurant for us and even arranged fans for the room as it was such a hot day. We now plan to stay here every time we drive between the UK and Poland. As a bonus, although we hadn’t planned it, we happened upon one of the most beautiful old towns I’ve ever seen, Merseburg is absolutely stunning!

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and fully equipped — it had a refrigerator, stove, dishes, and silverware, which made it very convenient.
