Location is excellent being that it is approx, 200 metres from the exit slip of the A60. Roadworks are currently on this road and you have to be in the inside lane at least 2 junctions before to access the junction, as the outside line moves to the other carriageway. Bathroom was well appointed and looked to be a recent upgrade. Location was very quiet and adjacent to McDonalds & KFC (if you arrive very late). Room was bigger than I was expecting and the SMS service was really early, giving me plenty of time with my access code well before our arrival. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. WIFI was adequate.

Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding – it exceeded all our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, professional, and genuinely kind staff. Really lovely design and feel in the whole hotel, outstanding breakfast offer, very comfortable and clean room, loads of really nice touches which made us feel like they had gone the extra mile to make our stay special. Especially as I am coeliac, the breakfast buffet was safe for me to eat the gluten free things from and they brought me gluten free bread as well. Really lovely organic local produce!
