This hotel is operated by a very nice family. They all are very cooperative and friendly providing a very good service performance. They are very good recommending places nearby the hotel and in cities close to their location. The breakfast was very good. The hotel location was very near of all main activities and amenities available in this city. They provided us with an exceptional parking spot for our car free of charge and located just crossing the back street. The room was excellent, located in one of the corners of the building. It was spacious, plenty of sun illumination, very nice and clean. This hotel is highly recommended.

This is a tiny, old hotel. Our room was fully renovated and very convenient though on a smaller size. but it has everything necessary and it has some accents pointing to the old times which made it really cozy. The bathroom is also renovated. Everything is clean and spotless. The hotel is in the old building with no elevator. The parking space was reserved for us next to the hotel. The breakfast is served in the dining area which seems to be preserved from the past and has a lot of interesting artifacts. The location is very close to the thermal baths and right in the middle of the town.

Beautiful traditional hotel on the river...very picturesque. We asked for a balcony room and the obliged and did not charge us extra. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted with us catching buses etc. Ask for a bus pass which is free with your accommodation.

Great communication with the host, quick and easy check in, super comfortable beds,very clean and great location in the heart of Bad Wildbad. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends. The apartment has everything you might need, very well equipped kitchen with all the little details that you normally miss in other places (baking paper, shoe tray for bad weather,etc) and lots of information about the surrounding activities. Thank you for a lovely stay Moritz and Sara!

The owner was super friendly and helpful. Accommodation is very clean and has everything you need for a longer stay, except the washing machine, so plan accordingly. Enough space for 3 adults and maybe one kid. True to pictures and description.

It is a very quaint town to stroll around.

It is a very quaint town to stroll around. It has old historic Roman baths that are so beautiful with mosaic tiles & stained glass windows! There is also a walking bridge across the valley with the view of the town below that is beautiful (even in the rain we had).

The area is excellent for outdoor activities.

The area is excellent for outdoor activities. Great place for walks, hiking. Vital Therme-bad was ideal for relaxation and a super place to take children in the warm weather. There are also places to go which are high profile and if you can afford all of them and if you get to do all of them you will only have high praise for the area around Bad WIldbad!

The sauna facilities were clean and varied and the rooms were nicely furnished. There is a dining room for breakfast and dinner, however you need to make reservations ahead of time. No last minute seating. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the village and hiking.

if you like the Lake District in the UK then this is better...

if you like the Lake District in the UK then this is better - no crowds and better buses and trams and cable cars and opera festivals and the spiral wood walkway and the high bridge in the forest - brilliant and enough English spoken and a Lidl in the town. no noise at night village a bit like a mini Venice with less ornate buildings, but some architecture. good restaurants al fresco no road noise.

We visited for 5 days in the middle of winter over new years...

We visited for 5 days in the middle of winter over new years eve. It was unusually warm, one day reaching 17 degrees. There are many lovely walking tracks above the town and you can walk up the hill to them. We found there weren't many restaurants to choose from although it may have been the time of year. The restaurants we went to were very nice though. We had access to the adults only wellness centre which was fantastic but pretty busy. Overall we have a great stay at Bad Wildbad, lovely walks, nice food and plenty of wellness.

Lovely place in the heart of the Black Forest, town is lovely it has everything you need good selection of shops, plenty of eating and drinking places, lovely clean town and not to crowded, plenty to do and see lovely gardens to walk around, will definitely be going back good place to stay

A brilliant stay, apartment on top floor had great balcony with superb views of the surrounding hills and forest, lovely light, airy and clean with all facilities we needed for our stay including a comfy bed (much needed after a lot of walking!). Staff were very friendly, helpful and seemed very happy in their work :). Great location right in the centre of Bad Wildbad right near to the Bergbahn, train and all attractions. Had a wonderful stay and would recommend this accommodation.

The warmest reception ever received at a hotel, and the most generous and helpful host… a great location with spectacular views, ample parking (undercover available too), easy access to the town, great breakfast included - it’s all good! If I was to rate the whole experience out of 10 it would be a strong 12… however, I know Werner and his team are working towards, and will achieve, something in the teens by the time I return 😉which I really hope will be soon 😁🏍

It was really nice, he left us a bottle of some sparkling wine and christmas cookies. Theres a washing machine and dish washer, there was a rose on the small table and the place was really clean. The dishes are also really cute, the kitchen is well equipped. The whole area is lovely and the appartment is besides the therme. The bed sheets were super nice,

Good breakfast, location not the best as a steep walk uphill from town and restaurants. We have stayed here before as they are pet friendly and all other hotels in town are not. Staff very helpful and pleasant.
