The rooms were spotless, the washroom fittings and design top notch, and the beds + linens very comfortable. The attention to detail shones through. Breakfast was splendid, the selection of local delicacies and produce were a very nice touch. The hotel is situated between the town centre and the therme baths, which is super convenient.

A very attractive, low-key yet well-designed and well-run hotel in perfect seclusion. Excellent breakfast and dinner on the spacious terrace, a welcoming pool and a relaxing massage at the SPA. Very attentive staff; helped us with a last-minute e-Bike rental (also great). Easy parking, short distances everywhere. Bonus point: The Alphorn musician in the evening!

Have to say, the stay overall was amazing. The Fuchs family were very hospitable and friendly, welcoming us and explaining about the place, activities to do around and more. The rooms are extremely spacious (thanks for the complimentary upgrade), quiet and comfy. Although this is a family run place, we felt right at home and there wasnt any privacy issues. Breakfast was lovely (Thanks Ben). Plenty of activities to do around (The fuchs recommended different things to do around) if you take a bus (nothing much near the premise except small hiking trails, or the town nearby) - Ask the team for the free bus ticket, they will issue it for you. Bus station is just 15 mins walking. Overall it was an amazing stay, and would definitely recommend it to others. (Note to the family, Thanks for the recommendation about Lake Chimsee, we went there and loved it).

Large light room, view on mountains. Comfortable beds and very fresh beddings. The kitchen has all necessary things. The breakfast mainly consists of the same base, but some things vary from day to day. One can also have champagne for breakfast 🙃 Spa zone is quite big and comfortable, several saunas and big restroom. The receptionist eagerly helped us with everything we needed.

Bad Reichenhall is a hidden gem near the Austrian border . Big & small enough to walk , nice centre with shops , restaurants and very old brevery , old town , old salt mine + the Rupertus Therme to relax your body after long day . Town surrounded by the beautifull mountains , fill like being in spa resort ( fresh clean air ) . Just few cliks from there : Koenig Lake, Eagle Nest , Panorama road (you drive a car at 1500m over the sea level to admire landscapes- in my case it was fail due to low level of clouds so I saw nothing ,he,he ) , 40min of train and you are in Saltzburg . Can't be bored out there .

A wonderful place to stay for a short stop over. The room was very clean with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was exceptional. Checking in was quite straightforward, and although the nearest eating and drinking establishments were quite a trek from the hotel, the owner has provided a fridge stacked with drinks. A bus stop was situated quite close to the hotel as well.

In the centre of Bad Reichenhall, the property was very close to the railway station, restaurants, etc.. The two rooms with separate bathrooms were spacious enough for a couple and a single. The covered balcony was perfect for drying wet gear or eating a meal together. Altogether, this was a very pleasant stay.

Very friendly and helpful people are working at the reception. Hotel is not far from the city centre, so you need about 7 minutes by walk. The area of the hotel is quite and green. You can have a great view to the mountains.

Wonderful view from my 4 windows. I was also able to catch some sun from my own large balcony. Very quiet. Nice walking paths close to the hotel. 5 minutes by car to the centre of Bad Reichenhall.
