Prompt response from the owner, warming welcome, high-qualified facilitates, very thoughtful to every small details. I am a frequent traveler, it is definitely one of the best city apartments that I have been stayed, too bad was a business trip, really in rush, otherwise would have stayed few more days for sure!

Easy access, very polite and helpful owner. Ideal rooms, at least the single rooms that we booked, were exactly what we needed. Clean, warm with soft beds for a nice sleep to relax! Safe parking for our motorcycles. Excellent breakfast buffet, with everything we needed.

The arrogant old man charged us twice, at arrival and at departure despite my objections . Extremly unfriendly attitude. I have travelled a lot . This was the worst attitude i have met. Something is certainly wrong with this man.

A charming little town with a fairly vibrant walking zone...

A charming little town with a fairly vibrant walking zone for it's size. A good stop over when visiting bigger cities to the North. A few good later evening dining choices. There are even a few German food places open late not just Kebab houses. Of course those are on hand as well.

The location is great for travelers who plan to visit hamburg or lubeck. It takes only 5 minutes from bahnhof by walk and price is relatively reasonable compared to hotel in hamburg and lubeck as well. Also, reception staff made me comfortable by their kindness.

Rooms are quite large compared to what I'm used to from budget hotels in city centres. Parking is not an issue: They have plenty of paid spots available on the premises, and if you're early you might be able to find a free one on the streets.

The staff remember was amazing, super kind and helpful! There was a wheel cart available to drag all our heavy stuff into the storage room. The hotel seems in a really safe location, and very quiet.
