Very good location, close to the center, good restaurants and shops nearby. Very nice and friendly service, you will receive all the helpful information upon check-in. Parking included in the price of the stay. I was to shorten my stay by one day and despite booking and checking out after 2 p.m., the hotel did not charge any fees. They are very flexible and helpful. I recommend this hotek and will come back.

The owner family is kind and flexible. As my Geman is weak, the owner switched to English without hesitation - not usual in the area. The diner and the breakfast was perfect. Cafe in the room was harmful in the morning.

It was a very cozy and lovely town i loved the style of it and our room the discount we got on food cause we had a room was a nice touch and smart the beds were cozy and soft you could feel the springs bounce when getting on it so it was not a stiff bet for sure staff was very friendly, explained the key system well the bathroom was clean

The hotel is totally new, everything is shinning and the price is great for the area. The room was bigger than average rooms at this price. It is located in a quiet place, only 5 min walking to S-Bahn (P+R parking but no need to go there by car) and an Edeka store few minutes away (I went only by car there). Rewe and Aldi nearby, too. In the night, the reception is closed but the access is by card (the one for room) and check-in could be done by access code (if you arrive later than 10pm, you have to announce them). The breakfast is great! You can find from every category you wish and they are refilled permanently. The cafee is one of the best I tested in hotels. I had no problem with wifi but I used that only for reading news on mobile and social media. And, even if the hotel was fully booked, it was not noisy. We may may hear sometimes some heavy steps but nothing annoying. The lady manager is so supportive! Her attitude should become a standard in hospitality industry! And it was something I appreciated very much because I attended to AMBIENTE. There was a big accident on the route and traffic was blocked. They came to breakfast room to worn that to everyone! Great! That means to pay attention to your guests' needs!

We booked the hotel for the junior suit so our kids can sleep in the same room as us. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms were very clean and very spacious too . The breakfast was excellent as well with smoothies , omlets and a nice variety to choose from . Highly recommend this family run hotel !

The room was very spacious.. Big bathroom. . Wifi worked really well. Comfortable beds. Free tea and coffee. Perfect location for a stopover. The restaurant at the hotel was closed that night but we found some nice places nearby.
