There is so much that I might run out of space. The owner has an incredible eye for detail. Everything exudes harmony and is tailored to the guests needs. The food is amazing. We ate at the restaurant twice. Incredible! The rooms are decorated country style. Lot s of natural wood around. The bathroom is just the right size and well thought through. Complimentary water is served in as still, medium, or fully carbonated. I totally recommend this place. Owners and staff are very friendly. We’ll be back :)

I had an incredible stay! Everything about this hotel feels calm, clean, and surrounded by nature. The location is perfect — peaceful, green, and just a short drive from Bastei National Park. You wake up to pure silence and fresh air, it’s the ideal place to relax and recharge. The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated in a cozy, natural style that makes you feel instantly at home. Every detail is well thought out, and the overall cleanliness is outstanding. You can tell that the staff really care about maintaining a high standard. The restaurant was another highlight — every meal was simply delicious, with great ingredients and beautiful presentation. The staff were warm, professional, and always happy to help. If you’re looking for comfort, great food, and a peaceful stay close to nature, this is the perfect place. I’d definitely come back again!

Everything was wonderful: the view from the window, breakfast, the food in the restaurant, the proximity to the river and the mountains. The bed was separated from the rest of the room and far from the bathroom, that is very nice. My husband had his birthday during the stay and the hotel congratulated him with a nice gift. The photos actually don't do justice to this place. We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. It was an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchenette and best part, a really nice balcony area to take in the mountains.

Breakfast buffet with a great choice of food and drinks. Everything was fresh, with a lot of vegetables. The breakfast and restaurant room with a nice tables and comfortable chairs. Amazing food served by the chef in the evening, with different choices every day. Rooms are spacy, we got a nice one on the fourth floor with a side view of the river. Spa and pretty big swimming pool however at certain times it was pretty busy. Hotel is located on the bank of Elbe river, accessible by the ferry. Best for trails in Saxon Switzerland National Park and only 30 minutes walk to famous Bastei and Basteibrücke Bridge.
