Very nice and friendly host, we felt very welcome. Room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast. We had diner in the pension as well, wich was nice and not expensive at all.

We got a studio in a separate building( 2 studios building), not in the big logs building( the biggest logs building in Europe ). We had parking next to the room. A beautiful table and chairs outside to stay for a coffee. and sunbeds. Everything we needed inside. The food smell in the restaurant( inside the big logs building ) and on the terrace was great. Beer :). A small ski lift for usage in winter. We arrived late and we were instructed to call the reception for indications. I called on whatsapp and all needed indications were received. Key was in a key locker, beside, you could also get a code for unlocking the door without a key.

The trail (Mikeš the Cat's Path) is unnecessarily long and...

The trail (Mikeš the Cat's Path) is unnecessarily long and if you plan to go with children, be prepared for 26.5km. For me, the trail could be divided into a short circular section around Hrusice for children (approx. 5 - 8km) and the entire route left for adults. If you are staying in Hrusice and walking to the finish in Mukařov, also plan a return trip (transportation) back to Hrusice. The route is not circular.

Absolute satisfaction, nothing to complain about, nice...

Absolute satisfaction, nothing to complain about, nice welcome, family atmosphere, truly divine food including breakfast, everywhere clean and quiet. The surroundings are very nice for a walk, everywhere there are lots of pictures from Josef Lada 👍👍👍

A pleasant stay, a pub painted with Lada's pictures, the...

A pleasant stay, a pub painted with Lada's pictures, the staff is nice and helpful even to young visitors. The Josef Lada Museum is worth seeing. The children were not bored there. They played in a fairy-tale car, "lit" in a real tiled stove. The village is marked with arrows, where you can follow in the footsteps of the cat Mikeš. The Ondřejovská observatory is nearby.

We have visited Hrusice in the past with small children.

We have visited Hrusice in the past with small children. The "pub" lived up to its name. The food was great (the soup was hot and we like that), we were served very quickly. We received the second dish before we finished the soup. The service was communicative, helpful, very pleasant. The accommodation was clean, modern, new. The breakfast was rich. We were very satisfied

The location is amazing, unfortunately the problem is that...

The location is amazing, unfortunately the problem is that it is a small village. So on Mondays and Tuesdays there is nowhere to cook, without a car it is a problem. Similarly, the convenience store there is only open sometimes and, I guess, only in the morning. Anyway, the staff is amazing, they made cold food for my wife and children, whom I left without a car for the day, which he didn't have to. As I said, the service is absolutely professional.

A legendary place for Czechs - who wouldn't know (at least from childhood) Josef Lada? Beautiful nature in the surroundings, places for walks (e.g. Ondřejovská observatory). Very close to Prague (ideal for foreigners with a car).
