Wellness was amazing and was included in the price (from the 3 saunas one (the steam sauna) was out of order) , Dogs are allowed in the hotel, There is a pool table and piano in the big common room (piano needs tuning though!) Coffee was amazing! Real bean coffee at breakfast, Breakfast included from 8-10 am, The restaurant of the hotel offers wonderful and tasty meals, Very kind receptionist, Free parking (if there are enough slots, otherwise it's 200 kč/day on nearby parkings)

Excellent place to stay for a short rest in the Karkonosze Mountains. Very convenient location – we got a room with an awesome view. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and the owner (I suppose) was very friendly and helpful. There’s a local shop in the same building – it was extremely convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

Expectations were high. Upon entering, you are greeted by a smiling and helpful receptionist and a family atmosphere. The rooms are smaller but very cosy. The toilet is located outside the bathroom, which I very much appreciated. The bed was harder, but you get used to it. Regarding the food, I have absolutely nothing to complain about, as the quality far surpasses 5* hotels. The choice is absolutely sufficient, everyone can choose. I still remember the salmon. Yummy! :) Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay, we will definitely be back in the future. I recommend this smaller hotel to everyone. Don't be fooled by how it looks from the outside. :) You won't find a better place to stay right in the centre. Thanks again!
