My partner and I had an amazing time in the hotel. Every staff member there friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had half-board and dinners exceeded our expectation. Food didn’t repeat itself for 5 nights of our stay, it was various and delicious. Just few steps away from the children’s slope and 200 meters from chair lifts - literally best location in Harrachov.

The apartment was very cosy and comfortable, where you could find everything you need. Very beautiful view from the balkon and perfect location. It was very pleasant to get a present as an invitation - a bottle of wine. The breakfast was also very delicious. We'll return.

Wellness was amazing and was included in the price (from the 3 saunas one (the steam sauna) was out of order) , Dogs are allowed in the hotel, There is a pool table and piano in the big common room (piano needs tuning though!) Coffee was amazing! Excellent place to stay for a short rest in the Karkonosze Mountains. Very convenient location – we got a room with an awesome view. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and the owner (I suppose) was very friendly and helpful. There’s a local shop in the same building – it was extremely convenient. We’ll definitely be back!
