The hotel is new, the facilities are new, the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful, the room is large with access to the balcony, the view is stunning of the golf course, the breakfast is very good, the spa area is excellent, perfect. We will definitely return to this hotel next time.

Lovely relaxing place in a beautiful setting. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and cosy room with a bath on legs. Plenty of space and ways to sit and relax in the hotel grounds (tables and chairs, sun beds, deck chairs, benches, swings, etc. They keep deers and lamas in the ground, which we could feed. The restaurant and breakfast bar were both very atmospheric with plenty of great food choices.

A nice hotel in a very beautiful city. The location was great, just a few steps away from the castle and the bridge. You can park the car near the hotel. The room was not very big and modern, but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty, with a lot of choices. It's a dog friendly locations, so you can bring the dog with you in the room.

We had to lengthen out stay and the team handled it on the best possible way to leave us at our old room, despite the hotel was overbooked. The ladies at reception are just great! That is a perfect place to have rest if you travel by car. 30 minutes from Carlsbad and you are here in a quiet place. What surprised the most is cleanliness. Everything is made with live to this place. Breakfast was proposed for an extra fee but that was worth it 100%. I would definitely prefer to go there more
