the house is not new but newly renovated. it was found very clean and well equipped (facilities, furniture, kitchen, a BIG fridge). everything looked new. the bathroom is large and as well new and clean. there is a convenient - and covered - parking spot in the back that we we were there was free of use. the communication with the host - via WhatsApp - was easy and responses were immediate. the area is not super-turistic (for us is an added value) and quiet. lot of good restaurants at walking distance. the beach is at 5min.

The accommodation was small, nice and clean. At the very beginning, we were greeted with the surprise of prepared refreshments (goodies for our little son, who was excited) and bottled water. Beautiful sea view and relaxation on the balcony. A pleasant walk along the beach to nearby refreshments and the possibility to rent sunbeds with a parasol. There is a restaurant right in the accommodation with outdoor seating right by the sea. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use it and it was closed on the last day of our stay and we don't know why :( During our stay, they were rebuilding the road near the apartment, but the craftsmen always kindly and friendly tried to clear the way for us to pass from the parking lot near the apartment. I recommend having your own means of transport if you want to see many places around, but we traveled a lot (we were also in the mountains). It is possible to use the bus. Larnaca is a small, nice town. I appreciate the great communication with the owner, who was also interested in every day how we are doing :).

Breakfast was ok. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. The reception area is nice and has some good places to sit for a coffee/do some work.
