Very clean and comfy rooms with great sea view! Dimitra at the reception is a sweetheart with a golden heart. Always eager to help and to give out info about everything..The location is superb, 10' from the airport, beach in front of you with warm water and at a stone's throw all the cafes and bars on Mackenzie beach..Also a very good planespotting location. Hotel is 20-25' on foot from the center of Larnaca, if it's not too hot you can just walk on the promenade along the beach and it gets right to the city center

Absolutely loved my stay here for 02.08.25-08.025 ! Fantastic facilities, super supportive staff – they even brought me a working table so I could work comfortably in my room. The location couldn’t be better: just 10 meters to a gorgeous, quiet beach in the mornings and evenings. The room had everything I needed, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. Their café is a gem – built around a healthy lifestyle concept, serving the best guacamole I’ve ever had and incredibly tasty fresh bread. Breakfast was fresh, hearty, and delicious, though I’d love to see a bit more variety. Other than that, everything was perfect – I’ll definitely be back!

Pervolia is a quiet place with a few restaurants, cafe and a local supermarket and chemist. You don’t need a car to get to the restaurants but if you want the beach you will need a car. The 2 restaurants we like are Kokos tavern and Pyrgos the owners are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. There is also a local bus service.

There are blue flag serviced (until the end of October) beaches at Pervolia. There are restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. It is a great choice for a beach holiday. A car would be essential to enjoy and explore the Island and local area. Pervolia is a large village and quite spread out so, most amenities would be quite a walk from the villa. Also, only the main streets are lit so walking anywhere at night in the dark could be hazardous.

Bambos the owner/host could not have been more accommodating...

Bambos the owner/host could not have been more accommodating or nicer. He showed us around the large property and said we were welcome to fruit from his many on site fruit trees and daily eggs from the hen coup. We had use of the bikes, which was a real bonus to explore more the surrounding area and short trip to the sea. Pool area was second to none and a fantastic size including bbq area and many facilities and outdoor fridge. The water cooler which filters tap water making the need to buy bottled water uncessary. Every kitchen need was provided, I cl Tupperware and dishwasher tablets, laundry powder and essentail household cleaning items and loads of toilet rolls. It was a home from home and will highly recommend. We will definitely be staying again.

We only stayed for a night before our flight departure, but the apartment was very clean spacious and full of great kitchen equipment, soaps, sponges and cutlery in excellent state. Basically you feel very ´´like at home´´ from the first moment you step in. There is private parking slot as well which is a nice bonus. The location is very convenient for airport reach and the area could be a good strating point for trips across whole Cyprus.

Excellent location in a beautiful and peaceful area. Enough room 6 person and excellent facilities for everyday living as well as a perfect holiday. I recommend a car, because there is so much to see around the Pervolia area and the whole island of Cyprus. And it helps a lot because there is no shops in walking distance. Of course you can use Wolt, but still...

AFRODITI APARTMENTS is the best apartment ! You will find here everything you need for a comfortable living ! You feel at home there , the apartment is clean and has all the necessary equipment, balcony, the swimming pool is next to the apartment and the beach is close. Larnaca Airport is a 15-minute drive away !

The breakfast is tasty. However, It would be better if they add omelette on the menu. Stezia at the reception and Georgios as well. It's not my 1st time at the hotel. Its my 3rd stay. I extended my stay for 3 more days. I got a good offer. Thanks to Stezia. She's very professional and helpful.

Great value/price ratio. The host was kind and helpful. The apartment location is quite far from Larnaca on foot so taking bus or renting a car is practical.
