We love the location of the villa. Quite neighbourhood. We love the pool area with grill outside very good to cook with friends and family. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they answered when they needed them.

There is nothing to fault about this apartment. Nice, spacious, modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The balcony is also spacious with a view of the garden and surrounded by palm trees, which guarantees a pleasant stay at any time, as the direct sun does not shine there. The complex also includes a swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas, a smaller pool for children, a common room with a children's playground. Emanuela is a very pleasant and kind host, always willing to help in everything. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to spend a holiday in this very beautiful part of the island.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was functional and really helped us with cooking. The location was great, just 5 minutes by car from the beach. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a really good time!

Good bus service if you know which bus timetable! Something to do for everyone and every age. Lovely beaches just get there early. Been many times before and we'll be back again. Kapparis is quieter than protarus and pernera but plenty bars and great restaurants. Staff are great too. Pig and whistle, mambos and twilight bar (George and helen) are our favourites. But everywhere is good. Try "no plates" in paralimni it is what it says!! Further out mousikos and old simos exceptional always book.

Cyprus Sun was very convenient for us, as we visit this area twice a year and this was the best location we have found so far. It is mid-placed between Paralimini and Kapparis, which are the 2 areas we frequent the most, particularly loved for all its coves which provide the best areas for swimming, snorkelling and if you are lucky you will also see a turtle!

It’s very clean, excellent supermarkets, easy to drive and park, lots of great shops, the people are friendly. Very easy to drive to Ayia Napa, protaras, and other nearby villages, everything is a 10-15 minute drive away. Can not recommend this villa and location more highly!!!

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle...

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". I was in contact with them a few times whilst there, I think they are based in Nicosia, they were excellent, easily contactable.

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least...

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.

The only positive thing I can say about the accommodation isthat the hotel maintenance and cleaning staff are friendly. We became friends with the maintenance guy, who turned out to be Romanian. He came every day to clean our toilet and fix our electrical installation.The manager Cris was also very kind and you responded immediately to problems that the SDs were constantly happening.But the problems in this place are so many that I cannot give more a responsibility just because of the positive attitude of the staff.

I had a great time, it felt like the countryside and at the same time there were stores and cafes nearby. The location is really convenient for me as I like to use the buses and there's a bus stop close by that can take you to Larnaca, Paralimni, Protaras, and Agia Napa. There is a small pen next to the house where the poultry live, great to hear them sing in the morning! Also you will always have nice cats on your patio, Cyprus is a country of cats, there are even more cats than people :)

Paris the host was the most amazing person we've ever met travelling in different contries. Friendly,caring always on the top helping with all the issues. Villa well maintained so no issues raised and the small ones were solved next day. Highly recommend, as Paris makes you feel that you really on holidays.😊 Gentelman. Beaches 5min drive,few supermarkets 10min walk,quite nice area.

We had a lovely stay , everything was perfect! When something was missing or a lamp was broken they fixed the next day! The location was very good, close to very nice beaches and bays. Nice restaurants close .And the bus station in front of the door.
