Great location! Nice apartment, spacious. Photos correspond to reality. Everything you need for a short stay. Large terrace, comfortable beds. Easy check-in, very accurate directions, easy to find and check in. Unfortunately, since we were in winter in rather cold weather and during the rainy season, the swimming pool was closed and we could not use it.

As entitled, this was a 100% Elegant apartment. It was spotlessly clean furnished with modern items. The bedding and towels were changed twice per week. There was everything we needed supplied, including cleaning/washer products, even some complementary items for us to use. There was a fabulous balcony with a view of beautiful trees - even a few little birds it was really nice and peaceful. Communication between the host Emanuella and myself was super easy and pleasant. Anything i wanted to ask, she responded promptly and politely. I did meet Emanuella and I am delighted to say she was extremely personable and friendly, a lovely lady. The facilities I can not fault there was nothing I had to ask for extra, it was all there. The photos of the apartment on booking.com are exactly as the apartment is. Therefore, I have none to add it was perfect! We had The Best Stay!

Good bus service if you know which bus timetable!

Good bus service if you know which bus timetable! Something to do for everyone and every age. Lovely beaches just get there early. Been many times before and we'll be back again. Kapparis is quieter than protarus and pernera but plenty bars and great restaurants. Staff are great too. Pig and whistle, mambos and twilight bar (George and helen) are our favourites. But everywhere is good. Try "no plates" in paralimni it is what it says!! Further out mousikos and old simos exceptional always book.

Cyprus Sun was very convenient for us, as we visit this area twice a year and this was the best location we have found so far. It is mid-placed between Paralimini and Kapparis, which are the 2 areas we frequent the most, particularly loved for all its coves which provide the best areas for swimming, snorkelling and if you are lucky you will also see a turtle!

It’s very clean, excellent supermarkets, easy to drive and park, lots of great shops, the people are friendly. Very easy to drive to Ayia Napa, protaras, and other nearby villages, everything is a 10-15 minute drive away. Can not recommend this villa and location more highly!!!

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle...

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". I was in contact with them a few times whilst there, I think they are based in Nicosia, they were excellent, easily contactable.

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least...

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.

Is a fully fitted budget appartment in a quiet area. A bit off the main turistic area , you need a car to go arround but you have 10 or more of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus close around you . Closest you can go on foot in 10 15 min ,the rest 15 or 20 min by car. We stayed 18 days and we enjoined it fully , the swimming pool is very nice also if you want a day of from the sand. A solid 9 from us.

Host Natalia was friendly and communicated well before our stay and during our stay. The accommodation was very clean, new fridge and new washing machine. Air conditioners were working well and water pressure in the shower was strong. Location was good. Quiet area and easy access to the highway to exits to Paralimni and Ayia Napa. Would recommended this place again to anyone looking to stay there.

The apartment is spacious and has all the facilities needed for a family stay. Even though there are some big hotels around, the area where it is located is not busy at all(we were able to park at the street in front every day of our stay), there is a supermarket in about 100m. In radius of 15-20min travel by car are located some of the best beaches. The host was responsive and willing to help.

I would like to recommend this house, especially for families. The location is perfect, very close to the one of most beautiful beaches on Cyprus. Host is very nice and welcoming. Big rooms, two bathrooms, we even had a welcome food, we did not have to run to the store for water and we could rest upon our arrival. Thank you.
