The apartment is brand new, very well and thoughfully equipped with all you might need during the stay. The self check was convenient and the host approved earlier check in which was very helpful due to a red eye flight. The apartment was on the ground floor and studio type with a comfy bed and small kitchenette and bathroom. The host was responsive and professional in his approach. Highly recommended for all wishing to stay in Livadia area of Larnaca.

We had a perfect stay. The place is spotless clean, with many amenities. Communication with the host was excellent and the location is easily reachable. There is even a direct bus to/from Airport (425) and Larnaka city centre (425,424) nearby. View from the terrace and the windows is also lovely. 10/10

Wonderful house, the beach is 5 minutes away, transport is also within walking distance, the owner is very friendly, the house is fully equipped and comfortable for rest. Each room has air conditioning, a store is two minutes away, delicious coffee, it was convenient to cook in the house, a large living room where you can have dinner together, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen was clean.
