Excellent hotel with wide green spaces and great view on the volcano. The new rooms (suites in 700s) are spacious and modern. The hotel staff and manager are very helpful and get out of their way to make the customers happy and satisfied. Highly recommended hotel, definitely will be back to same hotel again. I particularly liked the location and the uniqueness of this accommodation. It is very modern and very clean and the terrace provides great views of the countryside. The remoteness gave privacy but you will need transport to get there and about. There is a restaurant within walking distance that provides food and entertainment. The staff are very friendly and informative and gave great advice and i wish this new venture every success in the future.

The little bungalow is beautiful! I loved the outdoor seating, the lighting around the house, the shower gel, the shampoo and the pillows and bed were super comfortable. I loved being welcomed with chocolate and juice. Honestly, there was so much to love. Everything contributed to a beautiful, relaxing experience. Apart from that, the staff are extremely kind and warm and helped me plan my time there with recommendations and helping connect me to tours. They were also extremely easy to communicate with at all times. Lastly, all the meals I had there were delicious and the property itself is a marvel. Hope to come back!
