From the minute you walk in you’re greeted by friendly people. What was exceptional was how out of their way they went to make my stay above and beyond. My tours and transfers were organised at the last minute on my request and they always ensured I was taken care of. Led by a husband and wife team, everyone works together feeling like a family, and that’s what this hotel feels like: like you’re hosted by a family. You really feel guided, comfortable and safe. I thought it was exceptionally kind that my taxi driver was given a cup of coffee after a long journey. The service far exceeds what I experienced at other hotels. The hotel is new so the facilities are great and the rooms are designed in a clever and efficient way that ensures a very spacious bathroom. The bed is comfortable, everything is very clean: spotless. There’s also lots of space for co-working etc. Monteverde is exceptionally beautiful and the hotel is located in the town/village but all the activities aren’t far at all so it really is a great location. All in all I loved my stay, my expectations were far exceeded and I think everyone should stay in this hotel, you’re sure to have a wonderful experience. Thank you for such an incredible experience and the immense kindness.

Absolutely loved this place!! It has such an amazing view, unfortunately we came in rain season but still, the peaceful surrounding and beautiful view is stunning! Service was really, they have in house laundry service, the apartment was spacious and clean, definitely would want to return!

We stayed in the Sunset Room, which was a truly amazing experience. The room itself (the tent) was spacious, and the adjacent kitchen well equiped with a nice minibar. Very good breakfast. The hot tub and the shower on the terrace were a marvelous experience. We were also pleased with the provided earplugs 🙂. We highly recommend a stay here - Glamping++!

Hotel is like a big green tropical garden, with lots of flowers , animals, birds , a wild slot ( who shows up regularly ) , rooms are cosy and bed and pillows were high quality . Staff is highly professional , breakfast is good and receptionist helped us organising trips and helped us choosing the right trip for our interrests. Reception also gave us precious help and solved a major problem where spanish speaking was needed. We highly recommend this place .
