Magical. Beautiful setting with magnificent views. The owners went out of their way to make sure we felt at home and showed us around this amazing hotel they had built. We only stayed a night but with more time you can explore the many trails and waterfalls on their estate. The road to the hotel was unmade but that was no problem, just slow.

What stood out the most is the friendliness of the staff. The hotel operations manager is a GEM. The villa had a really cozy style, and was very spacious. The hotel is right on the beach, and we made the most of it. There was never more than 10 people around, for kilometers. Absolutely dreamy. The hotel pool is so warm, you could spend hours in there. Highly recommend the ceviche at the hotel restaurant, it was by far the best ceviches we had in Costa Rica! There are no nearby restaurants or bars, but honestly didn't bother given that we found really tasty and decently priced options at the hotel. We'd absolutely go back here for a few relaxed days.

Great location on the beach with a lovely pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were fresh and delicious.

Loved the location of the hotel - it's right on Esterillos Beach, with some amazing sunsets. The pool is nice (a little small, but nice). Gym has great views of the ocean. The rooms have this classic hacienda style, with a really comfortable mattress. Staff were super friendly at reception. The restaurant is outdoors with views of Esterillos beach.

It is a real paradise ! The lovely finca is set in a beautiful landscape with many animals dogs horses, chikens… the food is delicious and Marcus is a great host… our favorite place to stay so far in Costa Rica
