Burú Nature Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed — warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The ecohabs are breathtaking: spacious, beautifully crafted, and surrounded by pure Amazonian nature. The food alone is worth the trip. Every meal felt like a fine-dining experience, with flavors and presentation I’ve never seen before in the Amazon — absolutely extraordinary. What impressed me most was how effortlessly the hotel arranged everything: activities, private guides, transfers — all handled smoothly, allowing me to relax and truly enjoy the experience. If you’re visiting Leticia or the Amazon, Burú is without a doubt the place to stay. My only regret is not being able to stay longer but I will most definitely be coming Back!

Extremely charming when the owner is on-site hosting you. Worth the drive out of Leticia to start or extend your Amazon experience. The bubble tents are cool and completely sealed and bug-free. It’s a relatively new business so it’s not perfect but it is authentic, nestled in the jungle, and run by kind people from the area. Very helpful in the planning of transfers and tours.

Fantastic, clean place. Its like resort, with swimming pool, lake and absolutly amazing airconditioned rooms. Vibe is amazing. Staff is superb, you can pay card and thwy will collect you from the airport and drop you for the flight. 100% recommended!

We were genuinely and pleasantly surprised by this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself and felt truly cared for by the entire team throughout our stay. What stood out most was the discreet and attentive staff: always present when needed, without ever being intrusive. You can feel they genuinely care about the well-being of their guests. All tours were organized directly through the hotel – smoothly, reliably, and tailored to our preferences. Transportation was also fully taken care of, which made everything stress-free. The meals were freshly prepared with care and love – a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The pool was a great spot to relax after our adventures in the jungle. No request was ever turned down – we truly felt at home. One thing is certain: the next time we return to the Amazon, we will stay here again!

It was a perfect idiotic place to spend a few days after our trip to jungle and we wanted to stay around for a bit longer but outside of noisy city life of Leticia. Close enough to take a boat taxi or ask owner to organise it for 10min ride one way. The magical place of Cabaña Flotante Kurupira helped to relax a lot! Great healthy food always freshly made by a stuff located at the place. Possibility to jump and swim in the river YES! A very warm welcome and support from the owner and from entire team made this stay a simple dream!

Everything was good. Staff, room location breakfast. Near Santander Park, where parakeets party at dusk every day. I left a bag there when I went to Puerto Nariño.
