Despite a mini hiccup upon arrival, everything was handled quickly and to my expectations. Incredibly kind and dedicated staff, from reception to restaurant service. With a special plus for John and Walter who were more than fantastic. The staff is definitely attentive to your needs and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Superb hotel. Impeccable cleanliness, the bed is comfortable, very nice room, hot water, almost silent air conditioning and the rooms are well insulated. The breakfast is superb, it has everything and more. The location is super beautiful, surrounded by trees and waterfalls. A good walk on the other hand to get to restaurants and where there is action. But everything is done well with a taxi in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect. Thank you for everything Leterra Hotel.

Amazing design and incredible space. Wonderful helpful staff. Great restaurants and cool spaces. It is in an amazing location and everyone there is very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean, everywhere smells nice. The rooms are quite large. Our room had no window, inspite of windows opened onto corridor the room was airy. Because the hotel's walls are not standart concrete walls, as if the whole hotel is breathing. The staff is helpful, some of them speaks english(a little). The breakfast is perfect and perfect, very fresh and satisfying. Location is very safe, the nearest metro station is 1,2-1,5 km away from hotel.

The room was fantastic, really high quality everywhere with more features than I expected and really great internet speed, The staff were also very helpful, with enough English to fill in the gaps in my Spanish. The rooftop bar is also a great place to hang out, with great views as well as hot tubs which I sadly didn't have the time to use on my trip.
