Really nice facilities. The room was clean and modern. Nice hot showers and a smart TV in the room. The rooftop pool was nice and had an amazing view of Medellín. Special thanks to the talented chef on the rooftop who makes really delicious food. The breakfast was superb as well. The staff was friendly and several of the workers spoke English.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of El Poblado. Quiet and peaceful despite its central location. The staff we're terrific and gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants/bars around the area. The breakfast was also excellent, local fruits and eggs each morning and unlimited coffee and tea throughout the day. I would recommend for anyone to stay here.

Location was great and within easy access to a Main Street with restaurants and easy transit access. Breakfast was included and really good with options. Loved the made-to-order omelettes and the option to have breakfast on the patio The cookies and fruit infused water at reception are great. Staff are super responsive from reception through to housekeeping and the restaurant.
