Very new, clean and fresh with a luxurious feeling even though the price was reasonable. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms absolutely quiet so you sleep very well. The staff was very very helpful. Gilly always had a warm welcoming smile and helped with everything we needed. The location is excellent right in the center with 5 min walk to the beach. Perfect place to stay and we stayed here both before and after our Providencia visit.

The hotel is very nice, clean and new. There’s a nice pool, the bar and restaurant are great. The breakfast is excellent. There are local foods and vegetarian options. Everyday there’s something new and different. The room is big and accommodated very well four of us. But the staff is the best part. Everyone is so nice and provided all the help we needed. Some people speak English, but even who didn’t speak English or Portuguese made their best to understand and help us. They were very warm and made us feel welcome in the hotel and in the island. Shout out to Betani and Ricardo who made our trip one hundred times better. Betani helped us even before we landed, she made sure I had all the info I needed, even helped with restaurants, tours, money exchange and airport transfer. Ricardo who works at the restaurant is a very nice person, he’s very courteous, treated us so well.

We stayed at The Providence Boutique Hotel for our honeymoon, and everything was absolutely perfect. The peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, and charming setting made it the ideal place to relax and enjoy every moment. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help — they truly made us feel welcome and cared for. Every detail of our stay was thoughtful and well taken care of. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious — every meal was a treat! And the view of the infinite sea from the hotel is simply breathtaking. This hotel is a true gem where calm and beauty meet. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place for such a special occasion. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon unforgettable!

They let us check in earlier, was very clean, air conditioner, perfect location (believe me, you don’t want to stay direct on the beach because it’s loud). I got sick at night and they told me where to get medicine and offered me water and were worried. I’m glad they have 24 hours reception

Very friendly staff, very secure,lovely breakfast, about a minute walk to the beach. Fridge, TV, security deposit box. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo etc. They kindly allowed me to leave one piece of luggage while I did few days traveling.
