Visited San Andres minimum 7 times and this was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Outside a few airbnb's this is probably the best property on the island. In terms of location to the downtown area and beach, it's just a couple blocks. Great staff and amazing breakfast every morning. Pool and restaurant area had ample waitstaff and some nice appetizers. Will stay again no doubt.

We stayed at The Providence Boutique Hotel for our honeymoon, and everything was absolutely perfect. The peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, and charming setting made it the ideal place to relax and enjoy every moment. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help — they truly made us feel welcome and cared for. Every detail of our stay was thoughtful and well taken care of. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious — every meal was a treat! And the view of the infinite sea from the hotel is simply breathtaking. This hotel is a true gem where calm and beauty meet. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place for such a special occasion. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon unforgettable!

They let us check in earlier, was very clean, air conditioner, perfect location (believe me, you don’t want to stay direct on the beach because it’s loud). I got sick at night and they told me where to get medicine and offered me water and were worried. I’m glad they have 24 hours reception

Everything was good,we saw some unpleasent comments about the hotel before our travel but our room had its private bathroom and the room was very clean and comfortable.Also the staff was very helpfull and friendly and the location was good
