The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. They organized a guide to the sanctuary of flamingos and cooked lunch for me. The room was very clean, with a huge and comfortable bed. And the location is super convenient - if you travel solo using local transportation, the place is very close to the main road, you don't need to walk far away to the village.

Better than expected. Very nice breakfast with fruits, eggs, arepas, meat, cheese, musli, coffee, chocolate. We would like to stay longer. Nice pool. Sunset at the beach was speechless. Everyone was very friendly. We really enjoyed the outside shower.

I can’t even put into words what a wonderful stay I had at this hostel! First things first – Gigi, the owner, is absolutely amazing, as are the people working there. She will help you with every single thing possible – and I mean literally everything. She organized my trip to Cabo de la Vela, gave me an authentic, non-touristic experience with the Wayuu community, and even arranged a massage (the masseuse came right to the hostel!). Gigi also has incredible stories and experiences of her own to share. She is kind, humble, and always willing to help. The hostel itself is clean, well-organized, and the breakfast is delicious – so fresh every morning. The location couldn’t be better: just a 3-minute walk from the Malecón, and it’s comfortable to walk there even later in the evening. I loved every second of my stay, and it was truly amazing thanks to this hostel and its wonderful people. Muchas gracias, Gigi, por todo! Nos vemos pronto! 🤗🥰💛
