Very modern and comfortable hotel in the centre of old town in Shangri-la. The room is huge and was perfectly clean with all that you need and even more than you can imagine. They even have oxygen supply in case you need it. The owners are really kind and helpfull, they also arranged me the taxi to the train station. This is the best hotel I ever stayed in China and probably in my entire life. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful hotel overlooking entire shangri la ancient city. Staff service is exceptional, especially Lhamo, Daisy Zhao and Dragon! They are very helpful and friendly and shared some tips about where to go, and gave free upgrade of my room (birthday treat). The room is very comfortable, and able to request for firmer pillows.
