Location is superb – just 2 min walk to park entrance, really cannot get any closer. Breakfast is decent with good variety, and the gym is clean and functional. Staff are friendly and efficient, they speak good English and helped us book tickets and plan our day smoothly. Surrounding area has lots of shops and food options, very convenient for last-minute buys or supper. Overall a very practical and well-located hotel. Would definitely recommend!

My fiancé and I were blown away by the TWO massive swimming pools surrounded by mountain views - we had romantic midnight swims under the stars! The location is unbeatable: just a 2-min golf cart ride to Zhangjiajie Forest Park entrance (yes, the cart waits for you!). Staff even arranged our hiking routes to avoid crowds. Breakfast noodles and freshly baked croissants were to die for. Already planning our anniversary trip back! P.S. Ask for Room 301 - best private balcony!

The staff, with special mention to Anthony, were exceptional. They were communicative, friendly and always ensured we had a plan for the day, ensuring we maximised our sightseeing time. Very nice hotel run by a family. They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

We had SUCH AN AMAZING TIME! The amenities are exactly as they're shown in the pictures AND MORE! The hotel itself is worth exploring (almost like a resort) so definitely book yourself an extra night to relax and enjoy the facilities if possible. The staff arranged all pick-ups and drop-offs for arriving/leaving and all the sights nearby, it's like you have a private driver! I suggest you also eat at the restaurant there, it's fresher and you can pre-order so it's ready when you get back from the day's activities. You will probably notice the amount of tea "things" in the hotel. The owner also runs a tea business and one of the staff there is a tea barista (her name is Mao Mao, super helpful and nice) so definitely spend some time to try out and learn about the different Chinese teas, you are in China after all.
