We were thoroughly impressed by the remarkable convenience of the location—merely a short stroll to the park entrance. The breakfast offered a satisfactory selection, served in an elegant setting, while the fitness facilities were well-maintained and adequate for our needs. The reception staff proved most helpful, assisting with ticket bookings and offering thoughtful suggestions in impeccable English. The proximity to local shops and dining options added greatly to the overall experience. A decidedly commendable establishment, offering excellent value. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and a perfect location. The property is situated right next to the entrance of the Zhangjiajie park, which makes exploring incredibly convenient. At the same time, it is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by breathtaking mountains. It feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, relaxing, and immersed in nature. Breakfasts deserve a special mention. They are not only delicious but also very generous in size — honestly, I could easily split them into two meals. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, which made mornings an absolute pleasure. The staff is another highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met was polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. And I have to give a HUGE thank you to Winnie. She was our hero during the entire trip — patiently answering all our endless questions, helping us plan routes, and even staying available 24/7 when we needed advice. She even provided us with beautifully designed maps that were so clear and detailed, other travelers asked us where we had gotten them. With Winnie’s support, we never felt lost or uncomfortable for even a moment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. After a long day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a calm and well-kept space. I also appreciated the little touches — from thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality that made the hotel feel more personal than many larger, chain properties. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, stunning surroundings, and true relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice. I left with only the best impressions and would love to come back again.

This hotel was simply amazing — we had a wonderful stay. It’s located in a peaceful area with stunning mountain views. The staff arranged a transfer from our previous hotel and, upon arrival, helped us organise our visits to the mountains — really lovely team. The room was very comfortable and offered beautiful views. We also enjoyed free transfers from the hotel to Wulingyuan. The breakfast was simple but lovely, and we had dinner there too, which was really nice. This hotel is a hidden gem and we highly recommend it. P.S. There were some adorable dogs and even a playful monkey that appeared from time to time!
