Room is large and very comfortable with far view of the sea. Able to see sunrise. Breakfast is excellent. Seek assistance for our luggage and urgent laundry. Staff attended to our requests immediately. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly, ready to provide us the travel info around. Staff greet guests as they move around the hotel. Even the room cleaning staff serve with pride. Location is good convenient to travel to various places of attraction plus eateries within walking distance. It has a library which is cosy and consists the books of my choice, best one in a hotel I have seen.

Spotless clean, spacious rooms, an amazing breakfast selection, a beautiful garden area, and a calm private beach right in front of the hotel. The swimming pool is large and there’s always enough space for everyone. The staff are true professionals: they speak English, use translators when needed, everything is clear, polite, and with a smile. I was even given complimentary breakfasts and a discount voucher for the SPA — such a lovely touch! Hyatt Regency means stability, safety, and comfort. The atmosphere is so friendly and truly “foreigner-friendly” that I felt completely at home. 💙 I didn’t want to leave. This place is magical, and I will definitely come back!

An Unforgettable Stay – Can’t Wait to Come Back! I can’t speak highly enough of my experience at Sanya Conifer Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The highlight has to be the absolutely stunning rooftop and infinity pools — easily among the best I’ve ever seen, with breathtaking views and a vibrant rooftop bar right on the water. The facilities throughout the resort are top-tier, and the breakfast was a daily treat, offering a fantastic variety including plenty of Western options — which we really appreciated. A special mention goes to Daisy at reception. Her hospitality and helpfulness made a lasting impression and really elevated our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. This hotel truly has everything — comfort, beauty, great food, and incredible service. I’m already planning my next trip to Sanya just to stay here again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Great activities for kids. There is a daily schedule for all ages. The pool foam party every day was a hit with my 4 year old. Very convenient with the beach across the street. Many different pools with a small heated pool too. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff was really nice and the resort is beautiful. Nice rooms with a bathtub on the balcony which is really nice if you want to relax. Pool is also large and spacious. Good price on food and they have karaoke entertainment every night during dinner which is fun! There isnt poolside drinks / serving, but you can bring your own. Its not a part of chinese culture so I dont think you’ll find that anywhere in Sanya. Just bring your own and thats much cheaper anyways!
