The room ambience is excellent , sewing kit is a great addition which comes in handy for us. The additional 2 clothes free laundry is a great value added service, the receptionist named Cecilia is welcoming and helpful person. The reception did a wonderful job in welcoming and assisting foreigners to adapt to China’s way of life and common practices such as booking a cab from app. There were also interesting and healthy welcome snack, local drinks and snacks at the mini bar was delightfully served.

This hotel was great. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was heaven. Breakfast had loads of choices. The staff was absolutely helpfull throughout. While in the hotel they used translation apps, so they could communicate effectively with me. The communication through booking worked well also.  They picked me up from the airport late at night and brought me back in the morning.   ( a tip for my fellow travellers; download wechat in your own country, to use that to communicate when it's time for your stay I felt sorry for myself, that I only used it for sleeping during a layover. I will come back someday and stay longer.

This is my first time stayed with Waldorf hotel,the location is good,the neighborhood easy to walk around,many restaurants can choose, the staff are the best. We enjoyed it very much,next time we will visit again. The chef of Brasserie one is excellent, He takes care of us so kindly and warm, Waldorf is perfect for travelers.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable! Close proximity to the airport but easy enough to get into town too. The staff were wonderful. The woman on the desk during our stay was so attentive and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond for us! The breakfast buffet was very good too!

Location: the hotel is located within walking distance of the Xiamen International Conference Centre, and the Xiamen Convention and Exhibition Centre. There is a shopping centre (Coco Park) located a block away from the hotel, with restaurants, stores and other recreational activities such as an indoor skiing rink, indoor tennis, indoor golf and indoor rock climbing. Spa: the in-house spa is very good, but they don’t offer facial treatments during the evening; only massages. Alternatively, there are also spas available in Coco Park. Vending machine: THEY HAVE A VENDING MACHINE! Good location right next to a shopping mall, and was very convenient. Reception staff was kind that she has helped me with translation when I had an issue of taxi payment.
