We had a really great time at this hotel! We received all the relevant information in advance from Carol and she was always available when we needed her help or had some questions. She even booked the tickets for the park late at night for us since we arrived in the evening. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was really quiet at night and we could rest perfectly. The hotel stuff was so friendly and helpful as well. The entrance to the park is really close (approx. 5 min walking distance) and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit the park!

Wonderful stay. Comfortable, nice, clean room with everything you need. The owner is very friendly and helps you with everything. Breakfast is made by her at the moment and there are western options with bread, fruit and coffee. You can wash your clothes for free on the roof. 10 min walk from the park entrance and with many restaurants and shops nearby. For the price you pay, it is the best we have ever seen.

Beautiful hotel located at a small village,great location close to the entrance of national park,no queue up to Avatar mountain.you can enjoying sunrise at the room. Big clean room with soft and comfortable mattress,high speed WiFi,Nice breakfast with good coffee We wanted to find a hotel in a natural setting,away from the noisy tourist area but still close the park,this is the best choice. Everything was great. Before the trip they helped us organize our days and bought our tickets so that when we arrived everything was set up. They draw us a map of the park and the order we should go so we wouldn't waste time. It was awesome. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, location, cleanliness and staff.

Stayed at Peak&Cloud Retreat for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Bloody brilliant spot right by the national park entrance – saved us heaps of time queueing. The views from the room were unreal, especially at sunrise when the clouds rolled over the peaks. The staff were proper legends – so helpful with hiking tips and even sorted our park tickets. Room was spotless, and the brekkie had both Western and local options. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Cheers!
