A feeling is personnal and difficult to describe. The staff, the design, the cleanness, the atmospher, the breakfast, the beautifull room..evrything was great. Probably the top value money i ever been in 20 years of trips abroad. Difficult to leave after 4 days

Excellent breakfast buffet! Very nice and rather spacious room. location great as we were here for a sports competition and the hall is in walking distance. staff were very helpful and were able to help for booking a taxi etc. Would book this hotel again.

The rooms are clean, modern, and well-designed, with thoughtful details that make the stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The overall environment is quiet and relaxing, making it perfect for both business and leisure. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Hangzhou.
