The staff from the hotel was really great! From the moment i booked the hotel they have been increadibly helpful with my many questions to prepare for the trip. Quite some staff speaks english very well. Frank has helped me a lot, giving great suggestions on where to go! He also booked us a free taxi back to our airport and we received a panda plushy! Zoe and Kimberly also helped us greatly by explaining many things such as a simcard and our cooking workshop! The hotel does cooking workshops as well and i got to request my favorite sichuan dishes. The hotel also has a great central location making it easy to get around. The room was clean and very atmospheric, the hotel overall looked beautiful.

Luxurious apartment hotel. The whole apartment was huge, maybe too much for the time spent on it due to the different tours and visiting the city. Shane that we did not stay longer than 2 days to enjoy it. If you want to feel at home and with every detail covered, this is your place to go to.

The best thing about the hotel, is the staff! They were so helpfull and kind! Also the breakfast had everything you would need. The rooms are very nice, just like on the pictures. The location is good aswell, you can reach interesting spots by walking or short taxi ride. Would say was the best hotel stay of our trip through China! English is also not a problem here, we got along well in the hotel.
