Everything about this place was exceptional. The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by stunning karst mountains and peaceful nature that instantly makes you feel calm and grounded. The views are magical at any time of the day, especially in the morning and at sunset. What truly makes this property special, however, is the staff. Every single person was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Ana, whose warmth, professionalism, and kindness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for from the first moment, and to Jingxing, who was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and always attentive to our needs. Their hospitality made my stay unforgettable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of Yangshuo’s Ten-Mile Gallery. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning karst mountains and peaceful rivers right outside my window. The hotel itself is well-designed, blending modern comfort with traditional Chinese elements. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us arrange bike rentals to explore the scenic area. Every morning, I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony, watching the mist roll over the mountains. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place to stay. The 90-degree high-temperature laundry service is, without a doubt, a game-changer. We were able to pack light, knowing we could properly sanitize and refresh our entire wardrobe in a few hours. This level of cleanliness extends throughout the property; the offer of sealed, disposable towels and bath towels was a modern touch we've rarely seen and highly valued. The gym allowed us to maintain our routine, and the extensive breakfast buffet provided sustained energy for long days of hiking and cycling. This place is marvelous and it corresponds exactly to what the pictures promised. The rooms are beautiful, clean, modern, and with incredible views of the mountains. Staff are super helpful, always ready to support us in whatever we need. Breakfast is Chinese style, but with a few Western options. We even got a free photoshoot with the photographer Xiao Mo. It was great. We loved it and want to come back again in the future.

The rooms are amazing. Everything is clean and all the equipments are new and very modern. The view from the room is beautiful, you can see the mountains and a part of the city. I really recommend this place. Unfortunalty for us, we were there during the rain season but even staying in the room and watching the weather and the clouds all around the mountains made this trip quit magic.

The hotel and its rooms correspond to the descriptions and photos. The Lanshan Moon Hotel (now Fairyland Hotel) is in an excellent location in beautiful nature. Many places of interest (Moon Hill, caves, ancient villages, bicycle routes etc.) are very close, but also Yangshuo is only 13 minutes away by car. But the best thing about the hotel is host and hotel manager Mark, who speaks good English and knows the area very well; he can organize individual excursions, scooters and bicycles and gave us tips for activities every day. In addition, individual dishes can be prepared in the kitchen on request. All in all, we spent a wonderful vacation there!
