The hotel is simply spectacular, and the staff are helpful and kind. I received a warm welcome which, when traveling, really influences one’s impression and perception of the country being visited. The best thing we stayed in Ramada for our 20 hrs transit our flight arrived at 6:00 in morning and check in was at 2:00pm but they gave us the room straight away.

All staffs are excellent. In particular, we appreciate the great service from the "swimming coach" John. We arrived at the swimming pool very late (~15 minutes before the closing), but he kindly allowed the kids to stay longer. Also, he provided toys and guided us around the swimming facility, which gave the kids a remarkable memory of the hotel. The location is very close to T3. If you can catch the hotel shuttle, it will be highly convenient. The rooms/facilities are very nice. The kids love the robot in the reception.
