Excellent experience upon checking in. Alan Tang was exceptional with his professionalism and warm welcome . He offered ealru check in with our long distance international travelling and the room is super. Very impressed with his kindness and professionalism. The staff was very accomodating, even helped us get transport for our daytrip to Mutianyu. The room was clean and spacious. Subway was also nearby and shopping mall Livet was right across the road.
