It was very cozy hotel. The owner picked us in airport and provided all full information about mountains, tickets and even food delivery. We felt like we were at home, it was warm hospitality, full information support, ticket providing and yes, very tasty breakfast. The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly people I even know. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel. One more bonus: there birds sing song in early morning what made your morning magical.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Very well situated and the rooms are just as the picutures. However, the best thing about this place is the service. It is simply excellent. Their housekeeper, Dandan, is honestly the best housekeeper I have ever met. She helped us plan each of our trips, did all the bookings for us and explained everything with patience and care. She was always there when we needed her, and is the sweetest and nicest person ever. Our trip has been a success, all thanks to her. Thank you, Dandan 🩷

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, with plenty of dining and transport options nearby. As a frequent traveller from Singapore, I’ve stayed in many accommodations, but this homestay in Zhangjiajie truly stands out. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—staff helped with my luggage and even waved goodbye when I left. The design of the place is stunning, with a beautiful blend of nature and modern elements. The wooden interiors, large windows, and serene surroundings made me feel completely relaxed. The dinner was simple yet delicious, much better than some restaurants I’ve tried. This is the perfect place to unwind, and I’d love to come back for a weekend getaway. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is fantastic – just right opposite the cable car station, and there are plenty of eating and shopping options downstairs. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, and the breakfast buffet has a good spread. What stood out was the efficient and friendly service. The staff helped arrange everything from airport pickup to attraction tickets and even gave helpful tips on planning the itinerary. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, which made exploring Zhangjiajie so much easier. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and well-organized trip!
