This is an absolutely amazing hotel with world class facilities and excellent service!! I’d like to offer my sincere gratitude to the entire staff and particularly Chloe - she went above and beyond to make sure all our expectations were exceeded. Chloe’s kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go out of her way to ensure our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable were things that I’ve never experienced before at any other hotel. She upgraded us to a great room and even offered a different room with a better view the following day. Thank you so very much Chloe, you made our stay in Kunshan a very special one and we are very grateful! I’d highly recommend the Tonino Lamborghini hotel in Kunshan to anyone - it was by far the best hotel experience we’ve had during our trip to China!
