Laoija is a very authentic house in a beautiful scenery, unspoiled by the mass tourism so far. Haibo is extremely nice and helpful, the food is basic but very tasteful. We did a lot of hiking, one day with Haibo's mother. Very inspiring.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! I would give it 11/10 if I could! We enjoyed our stay so much we barely left the resort, you're already staying at one of the key scenery spots anyway. The staff were all so nice and helpful. Don't be put off by the river crossing etc. The location is actually excellent because it's close to the train station AND the key "picture spots". Anywhere is pretty near Yangshuo but people usually come to Xingping from Yangshuo anyway, however Xingping is much quieter so it's both pretty and relaxing!

Absolutely stunning location which is why we chose to stay here and it did not disappoint. The perfect place to take a pause from daily life and forget that cities exist. Even though the staff did not speak English, we found a way to communicate through WeChat, and every one of the staff that we met, tried their best to help me and my mom to feel well taken care of.

Authentic traditional Chinese ambiance, lovely host and great room view. You literally feel like visiting a summerhouse far away from the city. Breakfast was superb and I really loved the amenities for shower, the smell was amazing. 20 RMB viewpoint is really close.
