Room are excellent. Location are near to the Jiuzhaigou park by taxi. Eva & her college are very friendly and can speak fluent English and helped us to pick from town to the guesthouse and even send us to the park in early morning. She even allow us to extend till 2.45PM as we need to take showers after the national park visit. Highly recommended this place.

I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. The staff were super welcoming and accommodating - they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our tickets to the national park got cancelled the day before, and they went out of their way to help us get tickets even though it said it was sold out on Trip.com. We arrived after their restaurant had closed for lunch but they called around and took us to a neighbouring hotel and asked them to accommodate us even though their restaurant was closed for lunch too. They helped us with many other things - the service from the staff was second to none. The location felt secluded and relaxing, surrounded by mountains, but just a 15 minute ride to the national park. They offer a free shuttle ride to the national park. The rooms were really spacious and clean. The restaurant food was good. Overall, it was a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel by Jiuzhaigou national park. We hope to visit again some day.
