The hotel itself is phenomenal. The bar cocktails and snacks were great. The hotel is in a great location for the museum and modern bars and restaurants such as Commune, BUT it is a long way from the historical centre. The breakfast was reasonable.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and top-tier service that defines this hotel. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the city. Breakfast dining options were equally impressive — a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisine. A very special thank you to the amazing front desk staff who went above and beyond to make my visit extra memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and welcoming energy truly stood out. I was prompted to receive fan made cards of Ryan Ding Yuxi upon check in as the staff understood I was there for the weekend concert— thank you all for being so gracious and enthusiastic! Everything was spectacular! Great value for the service and room we received (we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a room with a stunning view of the city). There is a great gym as well and the staff (Joyce in particular) is very kind and capable. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and provides many different options (including western and asian style). 100% recommended to stay here and pamper yourself. We will be back!
