I almost cancelled my booking at DoubleTree, but I am so glad I didn’t. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and cleanliness of this hotel were immediately clear. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the warm welcome I received set the tone for an outstanding stay. I want to extend a special thank you to Patrick, who greeted me upon arrival. His excellent English, genuine politeness, and impeccable service immediately stood out. Patrick’s approach reflects the highest standards of hospitality, and he made me feel truly valued as a guest — something I don’t say lightly. Having spent over 20 years working in hospitality and customer service, I can be hard to impress. However, Patrick’s professionalism, attention to detail, and authentic care not only met but exceeded my expectations. It is rare to encounter someone so naturally skilled in making guests feel genuinely welcome. Patrick is a true asset to the DoubleTree team, and it’s staff like him that turn a good stay into a memorable one. Thank you again to Patrick and the entire team at DoubleTree — I will most certainly be returning and recommending this hotel to others.

The hotel is clean and staff at reception are friendly and ready to help, particularly Wendy Fang. The house keeping team helped me use the self help laundry services. You can order takeaway from local Chinese app and have it delivered to hotel. Hotel restaurant serves a good range of breakfast food and hot pot in the evening.
