Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our experience special. They surprised us with a complimentary afternoon tea, which was such a lovely gesture, and even offered us transportation when we needed it. Mountain side was a fantastic base for our family, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable, away from bright lights and noise to wind down after spending all day out exploring Zhangjiejie National park and Tianmen mountain. We had a really great time at this hotel! We received all the relevant information in advance from Carol and she was always available when we needed her help or had some questions. She even booked the tickets for the park late at night for us since we arrived in the evening. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was really quiet at night and we could rest perfectly. The hotel stuff was so friendly and helpful as well. The entrance to the park is really close (approx. 5 min walking distance) and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit the park!
