Richard was extremely helpful and spoke good English. He sent us the precise address in Chinese characters before we arrived so we could easily get a DiDi. The room is very comfortable and situated on the main street so easy access to shops and restaurants and only a few minutes drive to the east gate of the Zianjiajie national forest park. We especially appreciated the use of the free washing machine and dryer. The hotel is very modern.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great air con, and there was a delicious breakfast each morning and an even better view of the mountains. Great location, nice quiet area that was a short walk to restaurants and street food market. The staff were exceptional and so helpful to book our national park tickets, give recommendations and provide coffee and icecreams after a long day of exploring! Special shout out to concierge staff Xiao Song and Rock Lee for being so accommodating and friendly.

Your hotel is amazing. It has a great location, in relation to the entrance to the park, fun to wake up in the morning and go out to the park on foot and without the need for a taxi, the rooms are super modern and cozy, and are greatly decorated with upholstery on every little detail. I believe there are more similar hotels with the above, even if they are not exactly as yours. By the way, this is the first recommendation I give to a hotel in my life, and I do it because of your staff member, Sunny. Early in the morning until 22:00 at night, she sat with me and advised me on hiking trails in the area, prepared me maps with detailed instructions, what to do and what to skip, what bus takes everywhere, and where to get off. She even helped me exchange money at the bank so that I could get a better exchange rate. I have traveled a lot in the world, and there have been quite a few people with a sense of service, but not at the level of Sunny, always available at WeChat and also helping from a distance always positive and happy to help. So I highly recommend coming and staying in your hotel.

It was incredible. Location and facilities were so nice. Besides that, the staff were very helpful to levels beyond. I would defenitltly come back again and miss the puppy popeye a lot.

We had a really great time at this hotel! We received all the relevant information in advance from Carol and she was always available when we needed her help or had some questions. She even booked the tickets for the park late at night for us since we arrived in the evening. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was really quiet at night and we could rest perfectly. The hotel stuff was so friendly and helpful as well. The entrance to the park is really close (approx. 5 min walking distance) and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit the park!
